Sneak a Squeak is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your experience with Sneak a Squeak for any reason, please let us know and we will issue a prompt refund back to the card/account used to make the purchase. 

Typically, no return of unused product will be requested.

No more than 1 refund per customer.

Refunds for orders over $50 will be subject to review and may be granted a refund of the entire amount or a partial amount based on management's discretion.
